About Lior

Lior is the Head of Legal and Consulting Operations for the Disputes, Competition and Insurance and Consulting Solutions businesses at MinterEllison. She leads and executes digital transformation initiatives within these businesses, focusing on harnessing workflow automation, GenAI and digital technologies to streamline internal processes and elevate the client and employee experience.

The foundation of Lior's career was spent practicing as a lawyer and notary, after which she transitioned into knowledge management and she has been involved in the legal operations profession since 2019. She is passionate about strategic design and the intersecting role of people, process and technology as a mechanism to drive change and deliver legal and consulting services efficiently and innovatively.
