Following over 20 years working in regional and global executive roles at both EY and IBM, including CFO and Director of Operations for EY Oceania, she is currently COO at Kain Lawyers responsible for enabling a period of rapid growth and national expansion for the firm.

Having worked across a wide of range of industries including technology, public health and education, finance and now legal services, she has established a reputation for transformational leadership in professional services, and her ability to think differently about the complex issues facing the services industry has been a hallmark of her career and contribution.
