About Cristin

Cristin Bailie is the Head of Talent at MinterEllison where she leads the people strategy and execution for the firm's largest Line of Business. She has extensive experience working in complex, fast-paced, high performance cultures and has a proven track record of developing constructive stakeholder relationships, demonstrating leadership capability, and applying strategic and commercial thinking to enhance the people experience at work. She has led and contributed to many cross-functional teams on projects spanning cultural change, process improvement and the evolution of work.

Cristin holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) from Monash University, and an MBA (Executive) from RMIT University, where she graduated with distinction. She is also qualified in various psychometric and behavioural assessment tools, such as Myers-Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI), TRACOM communication styles and the LIfeStyles Inventory. She is passionate about continuous personal, professional and leadership development.
