Alex is a Senior Manager in MinterEllison's Legal Optimisation Consulting practice. She has over 10 years' experience in the legal industry and leverages her background in client relationship management, project management and change management to support in-house legal teams to optimise the way they work. Alex works with legal teams in both the public and private sectors to improve processes, leverage technology (including AI and Automation), and navigate key people priorities related to team culture, capability and workforce planning. She focuses on developing human-centred and practical solutions that will allow legal teams to focus on their strategic priorities, reduce high volume workloads, cultivate an engaged team culture, and deliver an elevated client service
