Andrew De Celis is a seasoned legal executive with over 20 years of experience in both private practice and in-house roles. Currently, he serves as General Counsel for Product, Propositions & Sourcing at Telstra, where he leads a team that advises on a wide range of product, contract, consumer and competition issues. Andrew's expertise lies in navigating organisations through complex commercial and regulatory environments and positioning them to anticipate and lead through change. In his role at Telstra, Andrew relishes the challenge of enabling the company to be future-focused and bold and ambitious in its decision making, at a time when organisations with large customer and supplier bases are under intense scrutiny from customers, the community, regulators and government.
