The Annual – What’s trending in Legal Ops?
Back for another year, leading Australian Legal Ops professionals share their take on what’s trending in Legal Ops, and why should we care?
Legal Ops professionals are privileged to get a front row seat to some of the hairiest problems facing the legal ecosystem, and in this session will share those insights to help keep you informed and up to date.
- What trends we’ve seen play out in the past 12 months
- What are we making of the continued Gen AI hype
- And what about knowledge management
- What our Legal Ops community tells us they are focussing on in 2025
- Are there any other emerging themes to keep an eye on
Key Learnings
- Legal Operations professionals can provide valuable insights into recent trends in the legal ecosystem and legal tech, as well as future priorities for Australian inhouse legal teams.
- Gen AI solutions are here to stay, but its important to right size those solutions for your organisation and industry. More pressing is the need to ensure legal teams have good processes and systems in place so that any Gen AI overlay can be used with maximum effect.
- Themes of human centred design and impact are ever-present, and good change managers will continue to keep this front of mind with any agenda for change.
