About Jon
Prior to becoming General Counsel at MinterEllison in October 2022, Jon held various regional General Counsel roles for multi-nationals. Jon started his legal career at Hogan Lovells in London in 1993 and later moved to Allens Linklaters in Sydney, before moving into in-house roles 20 years ago. With extensive experience in IPOs, M&A transactions, regulatory investigations, corporate governance, risk management, government relations, and employment disputes to large scale litigation, at Minters Jon oversees a team of legal and compliance professionals helping the legal and consulting businesses navigate legal risk issues
