AI for Good

The ‘AI for Good’ session at the Legal Innovation & Tech Fest addresses the critical need for AI technologies to contribute positively to society. Scenarios could include technology that supports domestic abuse survivors at the start of a matter and technology that combats school-age-related issues including self-arm and bullying by ensuring systems that children interact with comply with privacy laws and the Australian Privacy Act. Additionally, a pro bono lawyer from Lander & Rogers will discuss the ethical imperatives of AI, emphasising the importance of technology serving the greater good.
