Ryan is the Head of Generative AI Operations in our Digital Legal Delivery practice group in Australia and Asia. Ryan leverages expertise in AI and cloud technology to revolutionise business processes, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction. His leadership in generative AI has enabled clients to unlock innovative value propositions and achieve scalable digital transformation. Previously, Ryan was the technical lead for Allen’s Generative AI program with over 17 years of robust experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, systems deployment, and IT operations. His expertise includes advisory and consultation roles, particularly in risk, security, and governance. In addition, Ryan has been instrumental in developing Generative AI systems, including the design and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications, pioneering automation in cloud resource management, and providing expert technical guidance.
