What is the Start-Up Clash?
The Start-Up Clash is a competition for market entrants to gain exposure to senior leaders from law firms and in-house counsel at the Legal Innovation and Tech Fest, being held at the Hilton Sydney on the 9-10 April 2025.
Who is the Start-Up Clash for?
Start-Ups with tech that is less than 2 years old and who employ less than 10 employees.
How to participate:
There are 2 ways to participate, as a sponsor with a stand in Start-Up alley or as an attendee, either option makes you eligible for entry into the Start-Up Clash! Complete the form below to enter or contact Adam for further discussion.
Entries close Friday the 28th of March 2025.
How the process works:
Qualify by registering as a Start-Up sponsor or attendee who meets the requirements above.
Submit your entry online with details about your awesome organisation/product by answering the following 3 questions:
- WHY does your organisation exist
- UNIQUENESS - what is so different and innovative about your organisation/product
- THE SOLUTION AND WHY YOU SHOULD PICK US - sell your organisation/product to the advisory committee
Selection of finalists by our independent Advisory Committee (comprised of potential customers/users of your tech) will review all entries and select the top 3 based on how disruptive and innovative they are.
Inclusion of your submission in a Start-Up brochure that will be made available to all attendees at the event.
Live final clash at the Legal Innovation & Tech Fest 2025 – the top 3 will compete onstage in front of 300+ Senior Legal Counsel and Law Firm Business Leaders. Each start-up gets a 5-minute pitch on the keynote stage. At conclusion the audience votes, and the winner is announced.
